Had a great experience with Maverick Windows from the original meeting to quote the windows through installation. Very thoughtful and helpful with details and selection. We wanted windows that did not have the so common green tint and they worked with factory to confirm a grey tint, we LOVE it. Many neighbors have replaced their windows and they all look green. We have now had many folks complementing our windows. They mentioned that we could have black exterior and the putty color interior, we did that and it looks great. Frames from white to black with a grey tint looks amazing, looks like a different house.Would recommend Maverick to friends.

The site team called 30 minutes upon arrival and began their work on time. They were very hardworking and willing to answer questions throughout the day. I was able to see their work and they quickly fixed my issues with caulking. They cleaned throughout the day. They were very confident in their work and finished in and out in one day. I highly recommend this business as they provide excellent service and a quality product.

Maverick won't come to give a quote unless my husband is part of the meeting? What is this, 1950? I identified myself as the decision maker and that my husband does not wish to join the meeting, but was refused service. "There are more than 700 design options. He needs to be there." Thank you, I am capable of making design decisions, and not welcoming your business is an easy one. (Giving two stars because they did a follow up from my initial request for info, but I am unable to attest to their quality).

Maverick Windows just completed the first phase of window replacement on my home. Friendly and professional from the initial visit. The time of delivery and installation were as promised. The windows are beautiful and are a huge improvement over the "builder grade" windows that came with my home's initial construction. The team from start to finish has been great. They have been very professional and really good at keeping us updated on timing for when the windows were being started, finished, and ready for install. The install team were great. Double hung windows are much easier to clean and triple pane windows insulate your home from noise, which is very noticeable when the windows are in place. Sales team was professional, installation went without any problems, and EVERYONE showed up on time for their scheduled appointments!!!! Windows are custom built and there were no delays in their manufacture.

Great company to work with. They replaced 17 windows on my home in January 2025 in one day. They did an excellent job from protecting my floors, answering my questions, cleaning up afterwards and following up with me within a week after finishing the job. I'm amazed at how quiet it is inside my home. Prior to the new windows I would hear vehicles driving in and out of my neighborhood. I'm waiting to see how much my utility bills will be affected; my heater does not seem to run as often compared to when I had my 40 year old windows.

wow! Great experience! I was so pleasantly surprised there was no upselling at all. They sat with me and asked me what I wanted and offered advice on window style. This process was so much easier than I thought it would be. The installation day only took a few hours to replace a large picture window and three other double windows. It totally changed the look of my house. They made sure I inspected everything before they left to be sure I was satisfied. They beat the price with other companies and they are locally owned so I know they take pride in their work. It definitely shows. I highly recommend this company for their integrity, price and quality.

I had all my windows replaced Maverick Windows this past summer and I wanted to wait till we got some colder days before I posted this review. I am very happy with the window installation and the windows themselves! I waited so I could see both the hot summers and some cold weather. I can truly say that my electricity bill has dropped significantly and I’m very happy with these windows that were installed by Maverick windows! They offered the best price and a top quality widows! Maverick Window is very thorough when it comes to the initial visit, measurement and installation! The fact that they reached out to ensure you’re satisfied withe finished product is very reassuring!

Maverick employees, from sales to service and installation, all were friendly, helpful and honest. Everything worked exactly as they said. When they installed my windows, which are beautiful, they were quick, efficient, pleasant and cleaned up everything before they left. It was like they weren't there. 17 windows and 1 door installed several years ago. This is honestly the worst decision I've ever made. First I've had tons of problems with air leakage around the windows. The 3 I have in my family room that I could actually feel the air blowing in, I spent hours going through and sealing up all the windows, they did no caulking along to top of the trim around any of the windows so I had to do all that. I'm actually in the process of looking for a replacement for the door already. The frame is square, the door is not and the outer frame has delaminated in the top corner. Customer service from this company after they get their money is an insult. I bought a home that needed foundation work, when I had the money I had that done. My next project was to replace all the windows, then I was going to fix the cracks in the walls and repaint. When I called them about the door not closing properly the guy who came over, and had never been to my home before, told me that my foundation had shifted and it wasn't their fault. They don't manufacture their windows, the install crews are not even their workers, the money you pay these guys for warranty is just not worh it.Update: Response to owners comments. You had the opportunity to address this years ago. Your guy showed up to my house, without any evidence to stand on told me that my foundation shifted and your company WOULD NOT cover the door. I had a fundation company come out who told me the foundation was fine, and they used actual measurement equipment not just making something up at random. I paid you a lot of money, for very poor quality install. I will say that the windows themselves are good, but it wasn't until I spent an entire weekend properly sealing everything up that they actually functioned at keeping air out of my house.

We had windows replaced and this company was VERY punctual with times they committed to through the whole process from beginning to end. The installer, Adam was VERY PUNCTUAL and efficient in the process of installation. We are absolutely more than happy at the way everything was handled and highly recommend window replacement from this company. I gave a 5 star rating but wish I could give it 10 stars because of the installer. He was magnificent in how he handled the task at hand. I recommend the company give him a raise. Job well done

They came to town offering free estimates for repairing soffits on your house. Several days later a salesman came by looked at my soffits and windows and proceeded to concentrate on my windows. Convinced me that replacing my windows and attic insulation would drop my electric bill from $600 to less than $200. I signed a contract to buy both and then asked about the soffits and he said oh you don’t need much so I’ll just have my guys take care of it at no charge. They were also offering a voucher for a free cruise or condo rental if you purchased windows. Got the windows and insulation done with a couple of hiccups that they handled fairly well. Three months later nothing on the soffits or the promotional giveaway. Despite several attempts on my part. Oh and my electros bill dropped to a bit over $300 before cooler weather took over.

We had Maverick replace all the windows on our home this summer. They did a great job with removal and replacement, with minimal disruption. We love our two new picture windows that allows for great views in the front and back of our house. We interviewed several companies, and while Maverick wasn't the cheapest, their lifetime warranty (limited is NOT anywhere in there), no up charge for tempered or frosted glass, and their friendly staff from initial sales to follow-up repairs (we had a couple of windows come with the wrong or scratched glass), we feel the cost is worth the value. Final plus is the windows are made right here in Fort Worth, not out of state, which helped to shorten the timeline.

I absolutely love my Maverick windows. My previous windows were painted shut and I like to open my windows on pleasant days. With my new windows, I am now able to do so.My salesperson was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the process and kept the quote reasonable within my budget. The installation crew were prompt, efficient and respectful. They kept the inside of my house clean and one would have never known that windows were being installed. They have teamwork down to an art.The reason why I am giving 4 stars is because one of the old window trim boards was left behind beside my porch and excess caulking was caked on my garden hose during the clean-up.Other than those two things, they do not prevent the windows from functioning properly and looking beautiful. I am happy that I can enjoy sitting by an open window drinking my coffee and hearing the sounds of nature.

The consulate was incredibly knowledgeable and was upfront with us which is refreshing and nice! They certainly weren't the cheapest option for us, but we love the warranty and the options they had! We got our first installment (5 windows) last month. We had a tan color and two different designs. Im giving a 4 star because one of our windows does not close well. We don't know if it's an installation issue, window issue or a defect. It's incredibly hard to get the latch to work. It's our only issue. The install itself was quick! And they cleaned up very well! They brought everything to clean. A vacuum, brooms,... I was pleasantly surprised. We will be getting our 2nd install last next year. It's a relief to be able to open our windows again. My husband is very content with them in his office.

Check your quote carefully. Had Maverick Window out to give me a quote. This wasn’t my first window quote so I knew the drill and sales pitch routine was same as most. The one star comes from the quote itself. The quote was more the double than every other competitor. I was in shock. Once I was emailed my written quote it had 27 windows I have 17 windows and a picture window, don’t have that either. So this guy saw me and tried to either take advantage or he can’t do his job and this company just sent an unprofessional untrained employee into my home. Not impressed at all

Initial impression- Great experience with the sales rep- he was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to purchase. The only reason why I took off a star- the installers showed up significantly later than projected. They said 8-9 am and I didn’t hear from them until 9:30 saying they would arrive 2 hours later. On the plus side, they finished in a much shorter time than quoted.I will post another review once I experience the windows a bit more.

The presentation was exactly what we received. The installers were professional, communicated every step of the way, and always on time. Best of all, the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day. Once installed, they reviewed the warranty and care of our beautiful new windows. Our house was built in the mid-70's and was in need of new windows. My husband and I have lived in this house for over just over 15 years and it had been on our to-do list. The men from Maverick Windows showed up and signed us up for a free quote, "What could it hurt" I thought to myself. Seth came out and showed us what a difference their windows would make in our home. The windows were not only cost efficient- especially compared to other companies- but they were energy efficient and beautiful. Our single-pane windows had to go. It was an easy yes- let’s do it. David came out and measured our windows and told us our CUSTOM windows would be made in 4-6 weeks. We have 9 windows that needed to be replaced so 4-6 weeks seemed fast when it came to the quality of the Maverick windows that would be installed. Right at the 5 week mark we received a call informing us that our windows are ready to be installed. Zack and his co-worker arrived and were able to remove our old windows and install our new windows in about 4 hours!! These new windows have given our older home a facelift! They are absolutely stunning and better than I could have imagined. I could tell a difference within the first 24 hours of having the new Maverick Windows installed. Before, our AC was working extra hard in this Texas heat. However, now the AC isn’t constantly running to try to cool our home. Maverick Windows- from beginning to end, from sales to service- has been an outstanding company and we couldn’t be happier with making the decision to go with this company. My experience with Maverick Windows has been exceptional in every way. From the young man that first came to my door to discuss getting new windows who was extremely polite and professional. Plus, Vince Curtis the salesman that came to my home and showed the windows and explained all about the company and their guarantees on their windows. He also set me up for financing and was by far one of the best and most professional person I have ever met. I felt so comfortable with him in my home and felt as if I were talking to a lifelong friend. The young lady that did the measuring for the windows was excellent. The installer Adam was amazing. Watching him work was a sight to see. He was also so nice and I felt totally comfortable with him being in my home. His work was fabulous and so professional. He cleaned his work area and the windows before he left and also gave instructions on how to operate the windows. Even the gentleman that called the day after the windows were installed was very pleasant and wanted to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and it was. Every single person I met and talked with were amazing. I am thrilled to have my new windows and to have met such wonderful people. I will proudly recommend Maverick Windows to all my friends and family.

Maverick windows had a great sales pitch and good demo of their windows when our sales guy came out. One of my main concerns was the contractors installing my windows and how clean they were going to be in my home. I WAS PROMISED that we would only have 2 contractors working in our home during the installation and that they would only work on 1-2 rooms at a time so the outside elements wouldnt just be blowing in the house. I was excited and couldnt wait. Well install time came and 7 people showed up ready to work and start ripping windows out. I asked as the crew arrived why there was so many and i was told "we have a full crew so we can get you done in a day and get to our next customer" just so you know i had 35 windows to install. No wonder i have such a terrible install. Not only did they start removing windows but they removed every window on the bottom floor leaving my home wide open to the outdoors for several hours, I get this needs to happen but why not work on a single room at a time and save the customer from cooling the street. Not only did they remove all windows at once they did a sloppy job with caulking and removing the windows. Every room needed touchup around the windows along with several that needed adjusting. I have had the windows almost a year now and i have had at least 4 different service calls needing them to come back out and recaulk or realign because they were so rushed to get to the next customer that they lacked big time on workmanship. The quality of the install is terrible, very sloppy with the caulking, the contrators used my window sills as a step stool leading to popped nails in the trim, few dents in the drywayll and required the trim to be repainted. SLOPPY SLOPPY !!!! As i write this i still need to have them come back out because the last rain storm we had several of the windows leaked and had standing water in my window sills. I should have gone with Brennan windows like my neighbor did. He had his windows installed the same week we did and he has not had one issue or service call. I was happy with Maverick until we had the circus come install our windows. MAVERICK GET BETTER INSTALLERS !!! they are ruining your business!!!!

Update: Maverick contacted me and was able to provide the permit and keys to my sliding door. Joe from Maverick was very apologetic and helpful getting it taken care of. I'm so glad this company cares about their customers and makes things right. My review would have been 5 stars if the follow up at the beginning would have been completed. You can't expect things to always go right with businesses but you can tell when businesses care about doing right and Maverick certainly cared.I'm not happy with the follow up I have to do with getting my keys for the sliding door and a permit that should have been requested from HOA. I've been told more than three times that someone would reach out to me about the permit from the HOA but haven't been contacted in over 3 weeks. When I contacted the installers about my missing keys to the sliding door, I was told the crew gave them to me but they didn't. The person told me they would order a new set but it's been more than three weeks and I reached out to get a status update but have not heard back for over 2 business days. It's going on a month at the end of this week and still no keys. You guys would have received a 5-star rating if I would have received call backs when I was told I would and have my keys to the sliding door already.

After discussing our options with a very nice and personable (not pushy) salesperson, and after reviewing their work on a neighbor's home, we decided to have them replace all the windows in ours. They look terrific! They communicated frequently throughout the process, making sure we stayed well informed. Their install crew was terrific -- they did a great job installing the windows, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We hope not to need it, but their warranty can't be beat! Maverick windows was the best decision we made to have our windows replaced. Since having the new windows installed our electric bill has been cut in half. Our house stays cooler throughout the day in this 90+ degree weather and the AC doesn’t turn on near as much to keep the house cool. The new windows also give the house a grate look from the curb.

installation went well. FYI "touch ups" took me 9 hours for 12 windows on the inside. Still have two outside areas to paint. Caulking was mostly terrible and smeared everywhere. Could they use clear? Follow up has been very good and prompt. Be prepared to repaint all the surrounding parts of all your windows.

I love my windows. It gives me a different view when I look out my back windows and opens up everything clearly. They kept there appointments, they were on time, they did the work I expected, they were very friendly and they allowed me to do the back 1/2 of the house and will do the front side next year for the same price. The only negative part is some of the Sheetrock came off during the repair and they fixed it but I did not have the matching paint but actually you don’t even see it because blinds or drapes covers it. Had poor follow through and service by company. Approached us at the home and garden show. Advised the rep I needed one window replaced. Came by my home, got his measurements, and sent me an estimate on replacing two windows instead of one on their official paperwork. Now I'm ready to have it done and accept their offer. They have now refused to provide service at that estimated price and stated I have to do three or more windows for them to do a job. Mind you, I initially needed one window replaced but accepted two just to get the job completed. Now, their offer is nothing less than three, and they refuse to honor their initial estimate. Be careful of the bait and switch. Would give them a 0 star if I could.

From my first sales contact with Maverick Windows through the installation process, I was very pleased with the entire home improvement experience! The windows are functional, well-designed and beautiful. They definitely improved the appearance of my home and also have proven to be much more energy-efficient as my electric bills have decreased significantly! There were a few minor damages to window sills during installation, but they were brought to my attention by the crew leader. Repairs were made with the exception of paint for obvious reasons.

When the initial sales person came to my door, I cringed. I just don't care for that service, however I did need new windows. I never heard of Maverick so I was curious what they had to offer. I had a great experience with my initial consultation with Vince. He talked all the options over with me in great detail, helped me compare prices to figure out the best fit for my family, and stayed in communication with us until our windows were installed.I'm an architect so I really grilled him on the specifics of the product after having interviewed and gotten estimates from five other companies in the area. He was able to answer all my questions thoroughly, and we found Maverick Windows to be the best return on investment for the price and quality of product.Our windows were ready within six weeks and they were able to come install them immediately. The install took two days and went very smoothly. They walked us through how to use all of our windows and they went back and touched up a couple of caulked spots that I was being knit picky about. The windows look great and our house feels so much brighter now.We are so grateful that we were able to get our windows quick enough to enjoy the spring weather. After living in our house for 5 years unable to open a window, the fresh breeze felt amazing.Our house is a comfortable temperature for the first time and our energy bill has already started to come down. Found the company good to work with from initial contact, on site salesman, follow up measurement and installation crew. Competent group and good to work with. Started with 6 windows and a patio slider. Liked the product and was satisfied with the whole process. Decided to use them again for two more windows. Again all went well, however, we had two solar screens on the outside of these last two windows we would have liked to reuse. Unfortunately we found out after the installation that to install the solar screens would void our warranty. Will consider using them again for the next 10 windows that need replacement.

These windows definitely will go a long way to helping with curb appeal. I'll have a better idea about their efficiency once it starts hitting 100 every day, but I'm optimistic they will make a difference. They told me to expect it to take 6-8 weeks for production, and they beat those projections easily. They only sent a 2 man crew for install, which surprised me, but they clearly knew what they were doing. They installed 13 windows, resealed existing windows that weren't replaced, and finished their cleanup in 8 hours. You should know going in that Maverick will not be the cheapest. There are some locally owned shops out there that are cheaper. I can't speak to whether or not the quality or experience at those places holds up. The only negative in my experience was the sales pitch at the original consultation. Maverick goes hard and will list all of the different discounts they are giving you, but that those prices can't be guaranteed to hold the next day. It's not true. More than five weeks passed from consultation to the time we officially placed our order and the price didn't change. So don't feel like you have to make a decision then and there. This is a big purchase and everyone should give themselves time to be comfortable with the decision.

Our house is 21 years old and some of our window had begun to fog due to losing their seals. We set up an appointment for a visit by a Maverick representative. He showed us the details of their windows and quoted us a price. They measured our 20 windows and special ordered our windows.Installation was done early in January. . Removal of the old windows and installation of the new windows took about 4 hours. The crew worked hard and did a great job. They were neat, courteous and cleaned up very well. The windows look great and more economical than another nationally advertised company.

2nd review for Maverick window, the first one regarded our experience with the sales team,this review is for the installation and follow up.Maverick Widows was able to meet the time line they set up at the time of the signed contract with them, we received notice at about 5 weeks that our window were in and within 34 days of that we had a call to set up the installation.The crew arrived a little later than expected on the morning of installation but they were able to complete the job within the one day time frame, even with having to take about an hour to stop due to inclement weather. They made sure that if any window had not been in place that there were no issues with rain entering the house, they took great care and were able to leave the work areas clean.If I had one small issue is I am still finding some small pieces of glass occasionally in the back around the pool deck closest to the house where the window were replace, I have not found any glass inside the house in the working areas. the area around the pool next to the house however met the minimum space requirement for them to have room to work, and also had the biggest and heaviest windows that needed to be removed and installed.

Maverick windows came to my house yesterday. The men showed up and explained the process. I explained that I have 2 cats and will need to jockey them from one room to another. Surprisingly, that process went smoothly. As they did each step from removing the old windows to putting in the new ones, they cleaned up after them selves. No debris was left for me to dispose of. Vince was very professional from the first visit showing us what they could do for us installing windows. We were very happy with the design and after the initial visit as we were going to have multiple quotes he was very patient. A lot of other companies and sales people would call every week and push us to get an answer. Vince would only text and check up on us and if we told him we were still working towards making a decision he was very understanding and thanked us and told us to take our time and just to let him know . And when we finally did decide to go with Maverick windows, he was quick to make an appointment to come by. He walked us through everything again being very patient and he didn't talk down to us like we didn't know anything. Replaced all 19 windows in my home. Daren Black was very informative and helpful in setting up the sale. Factory delivery took about 2 months, and the installation crew installed them in a day. The installers were very professional. They took great care to keep the house clean while installing and to clean up when they were done. Windows are beautiful. From start to finish Maverick Windows was true to their word. We replaced all 8 front (large) windows, and we love them! Vince, our window guy, assured me the new windows would not only be practical and economical (which they are) but also beautiful. Not until they were installed did I realize that new windows are in fact beautiful. We have so much light coming in now, but no cold air in the winter, and in the summer, no heat. I can't overstate what a huge difference our new Mavericks windows make for the feel of the house both in terms of looks and temperature control. I had a great experience at every stage with Maverick and will be replacing our back windows with them in the near future. We got a great deal and the best unlimited lifetime guarantee. It's a no brainer to go with them. Super high quality product that they stand behind. And if you do have any problems, they will actually call you back and do whatever it takes to fix it. We have had a great experience with Maverick windows. After requesting a free estimate yesterday, our sales rep Vince, came out next day. He walked us through the process and assessed our current windows that were installed by another company 3 years ago. After viewing Maverick windows and the excellent quality, we realized how much air (money) we are wasting with our current basic windows. We got our windows installed a little over two months ago and it has been a total game changer. It’s quieter in the house and we no longer hear our neighbors car doors slam along with all the daily hustle and bustle of our neighborhood. We upgraded a few windows to sliders and picture windows instead of some double windows and it’s so much easier to open and close them now. You don’t realize how bad your windows are until you get them replaced! The house maintains temperature better and even with it being as hot and gross as it has been lately, our electricity is still lower than we expected. Not to mention that bugs aren’t able to find their way into the house now. Vince and his installation team were professional, on time, courteous, and they didn’t mind that I was home all day playing my Harry Potter game. Who knew working guys liked conversation about video games? All of the guys were very nice and I felt very comfortable being home all day by myself. Watching them demo and remove the windows was a cool process. Suction cups and a blow torch. WOW. All in all, a great group of people to deal with from start to finish. And I feel like we were given the absolute best deal along with a wonderful upgrade to our home that will last a long time.

Maverick Windows: Where "Window" Stands for "Runaround"We were sold on Maverick Windows by their smooth promises and flashy brochure. Replacing all the windows in our house was a big investment, but they assured us it would be worth every penny. $35,000 later, we had sparkling new windows and a hefty chunk of savings... gone. Because here's the thing about Maverick Windows: their warranty only exists on paper.It all started with a hairline crack in one window. "No problem!" they chirped, "That's covered under warranty." Great, we thought. Except, no one ever returned our calls to schedule the repair. Days turned into weeks, and voicemails vanished like tumbleweeds into the digital desert.But that was just the opening act. Over the next year, more cracks, leaks, and wobbly panes followed. Each time, the same song and dance: ignored calls, dodged emails, finger-pointing, and ultimately, an empty promise to "look into it." We became window-warranty-chasing ghosts, haunting their answering machine with our pleas.So, here's the verdict: Maverick Windows might make beautiful windows, but their customer service is uglier than a boarded-up storefront. Do yourself a favor: save your money (and sanity) and steer clear of these window-dressing wolves. If you're looking for windows that come with actual, you-know, support, look elsewhere. Unless, of course, you enjoy playing phone tag with the warranty department of a company that vanishes faster than a mirage in the desert heat.P.S. To Maverick Windows: If you're reading this, we're still waiting for those repairs. And maybe a refund for the emotional distress caused by your disappearing act. Just a thought.P.P.S. Maverick Windows has impressive salesman; however, their installers are completely incompetent. On install day the install team parked across the street from my house and put a sign in my neighbor's yard as if they were going to replace my neighbors' windows and not mine, despite the fact that my giant picture window in the front of my house was covered with a tarp. After I told them the house that they would be working on was across the street they pulled their sign up and turned their truck around. Immediately the team got to work removing the old windows and installing the new ones. After I saw the 2nd window being installed without any flashing tape (which is used by professional installers to provide an added layer of protection to the rough opening of the window. It is an important redundancy that helps prevent water from penetrating into the home and causing mold, mildew, rot, and/or other complications with the structural integrity of the wall), I asked the installer in charge why they weren't using any. The installer told me that their windows are so tight fitting that they don't need to use flashing tape, I was less than satisfied with his answer, but I reluctantly let them proceed. Never mind that Bob Vila and This Old House strongly recommend using flashing tape when installing new windows, not only does it help to keep water out but also helps seal any air leaks. According to Maverick however their windows are airtight all around. After they were done with the install, I noticed that around every one of the 10 windows that they replaced that there were loose bricks and broken mortar from where they had pulled out the old windows, making my concern for lack of flashing tape even greater (a 50 ft roll of flashing tape is $25 by the way). Later that day I called the manager that is head of the install team and asked him why they don't use flashing tape, his response was that my windows in the front had enough coverage from the eves that they didn't need flashing tape around the top. This still didn't explain why there wasn't any flashing tape used on the sides or the bottom of these windows nor did it explain why the windows on the sides of my house that are not protected with an eve, didn't have flashing tape on them either.The next day I noticed that my big picture window that is over 7 ft across was not square at the top as the middle section of the window was sagging, almost a half an inch lower than the top corners. I called Maverick to voice my concern and they scheduled an installer to come and look at it. Weeks later the installer came and looked at it and noticed the sagging of the window, he then asked me "What do you want to happen? Do you want it to be fixed or to make it so that it doesn't get worse?". Obviously, my response was I want the window that I paid for to be correctly installed. After removing the seal, he realized that his installer had used a can of spray foam to fill some gaps, to which he jokingly said, "I told them guys to stop using spray foam on these installs." He then called the installer and chewed him out and laughed it off. The installer then went outside and cut out some of the foam that had been put in above the window under the siding. When he was finished there were pieces of foam insulation all over my flower bed. The installer asked me "Do you want me to pick all that foam up or just let it blow away? It'll blow away if you just leave it." Since I knew he would do a half a** job picking it up I told him to leave it and I picked it up myself. Needless to say, after spending 10K with Maverick I am not impressed. I should have gone with Window World and saved 7k, the only reason I didn't was because the Maverick salesman told me that Window World installers were contractors and were not as professional as Maverick (who also hires contractors for their installs).Edit: Unfortunately Chad I didn't have your direct phone number so I was unable to call you. However I did call the install manager, he gave me a completely different answer than your installer and yourself.

The windows look nice but the quality is not what was sold to me. I was assured the inside of the windows was going to be room temperate whether is was hot or cold outside. Well, that's a lie. Windows get extremely hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter. If they are energy efficient, I haven't seen it as my bills were higher than normal over the summer. The crew was nice but careless in their work, they had to come back a second time to repair the drywall on the inside of every window. I chose Maverick Windows based on great reviews but am very disappointed with the results.

Cole was very professional, it was obvious that he is very well versed on the quality of the windows that Maverick Windows sells. He took about 3 1/2 hours to meet, then review our wants, review the property, created a site plan (no other company has done that) and then review his findings and provide a quote. I was very pleased with how quick they were at taking out the old & putting in the new 9 windows. Can really tell a difference now that it’s starting to get chilly in the morning. Just wanted to say Maverick windows did a superb job on installing new windows to my home. My house is 24 years old and my other windows were just the minimal factory windows from my builder. The new windows have changed the entire look of my house not to mention improving the climate/temperature/and outside noise ( I live by a municipal airport) in my house. Adam and Jim were both amazing in the process from beginning to end. I got a picture window and a casement window in my kitchen. And absolutely love the look. It has actually made me re-evaluate whether I want to put my blinds back up, I mean the windows look that good. I am also excited about being able to open them from the top now. I have dogs and cats thatWould scratch and tear my screens when I opened them from the bottom.There is just some many good things to say here. Lastly, I had 2 other estimates ( Anderson’s and Window Nation) and Maverick’s offer was the best- while also offering a great quality product without having to cash out the bank. Great experience from initial call to final installation. Informative no pressure sales along with great communication through entire process. Windows delivered and installed earlier than original estimate. Install competed in early July and have had zero issues since. So far about a 10% savings on kW hours on electricity during our lovely Texas summer. Temperature throughout the home is significantly more even and large amount exterior noise reduction in the home is best bonus we hadn't factored into getting with the new windows. Highly recommend Maverick Windows if you are considering replacements.

Craig with Maverick came out to give us a quote and explained things thoroughly and gave me a fair quote to replace all of our windows and convert a few windows close together to bigger picture windows. The install was done a few weeks later and they were quick and cleaned up well after the job was done. With combining windows, there ended up being a miscount on windows and they came back a few weeks later to install the final. It was all very smooth and easy and low stress, which is all you can ask for in a huge purchase. It was the perfect time to replace our original 1955 windows right before this past summer we had!

From start to finish, Maverick made this process very easy. Vince, one of the salesmen, came out and made himself available at my earliest convenience. Talked me through what they offer, warranty sounded great as well as the energy efficiency of the windows. Felt comfortable with moving forward with the project and from the time I put in to start it took less than 6 weeks (estimate was 10 wks) to get them installed. Installation was quick and efficient and with no issues. Even with the hot summer and turning my thermostat to cool a bit more, I’ve saved almost 20% on energy from last summer. Aesthetically the windows look much better than the old ones too! Thanks Maverick!

David Harris from the San Antonio office came out to our house this evening to give us an estimate on 4 large (72”) vinyl window replacements. My husband and I have lived in our house over 30yrs. Our church cannot say enough good things about Maverick Windows! Finding the right sized windows to replace all original windows and sliding doors from the 1960s is no easy task, but Maverick went above and beyond to find the right products and ensure they were fully up to code. The windows look fantastic! The installers were also very professional and made sure that they were perfectly trimmed and caulked to the spaces. We are very pleased with our beautiful new windows. We could not see through our old windows due to broken seals and we could not open them . Now we have fresh air and an awesome view of the world. The company was extremely competent, the windows fit perfectly and the seals are solid. The installation was quick and efficient. The guarantee is very generous. We haven’t figured out the dollar figure in energy savings but before on a hot day the AC ran almost continuously and now it remains quiet for long periods. The house stays cool (or warm) till late in the day. You can sit beside a window on a hot or cold day and there is no seepage of heat or cold.We are thrilled with our new windows. My parents home in Dallas needed new windows on their 50 year old home. We had several bids and we decided to go with Maverick Windows on 03/2021 based on the Sales person's knowledge, product quality, and warranty. I was the main point of contact for my parents and Maverick Windows personnel were very helpful with the financing process, window production updates, and installation of the windows. A year later one of the windows had to be replaced, I called Maverick Windows and the warranty process was without any issues or refusal to replace. Overall we made the right decision in going with Maverick Windows, great product quality, exceptional customer service and attention to details. After 5 estimates, we decided to go with Maverick Windows. David is an excellent salesperson to work with in detailing the window options to replace 12 windows in a home built in 1983, the financing options, and the next steps for installation. We are looking forward to having our new windows installed in 12-14 weeks which is a lot sooner than the other estimates, and to save energy on our heating and cooling bills in San Antonio.

This was the most costly install I’m not sure if we like the windows the noise level hasn’t dropped by much but the damage to the window sills and window frames is grotesque. The shattered glass everywhere, we can’t walk barefoot in the house without getting slivers in our feet. They also used our house without permission and now the faucet is leaking inside the wall. They were more like a demolition crew. We called them to inform them of the damage and were told they don’t cover that, why use our stuff without ASKING!!! We filled out a form on the installation when completed was told to write that they did a good job. No pressure while they are standing there telling me to do it. They blared there music extremely loud to where our neighbors complained to us, then had the nerve to leave a sign in our yard once again without consent. It took over 10 hours for a small home install, with blasting music on a hot day. We offered them drinks since it hit over 100 degrees that day, they left the garbage all over the yard. I don’t really know if the windows were worth it especially with all the damage we now have to pay to repair, who knows if the windows were even installed correctly at this point. We aren’t happy at all.

The windows look nice but the clean up job was horrible. They came back and cleaned up a second time after I told them there was still glass everywhere and I had stepped in it. Cole Evans the guy that initially sold me the windows is an awesome guy. But still the guys that installed the windows should have done a much better job cleaning up for as much as I paid for the job.

I can’t say enough good things about Maverick Windows. The plan to replace all of our circa 1980 original windows was definitely a daunting one as pricing in the market seems all over the place. After receiving several quotes, it was clear that Maverick was not only the most affordable option out there, but also the best to work with. From start to finish the team here has been communicative, kind and willing to do what it takes to make sure we were happy. We had all 20 of our windows replaced and they look AMAZING! The initial presentation was very thorough - Cole spent time showing how their windows are constructed and the benefits of each type. I decided on triple-pane, double hung. The amount of time between the order and delivery was reasonable, and the installation crew showed up bright and early on the scheduled date. The installation went very well; the final walk through was thorough, and questions/concerns were addressed immediately. My home was built in 1982 and had the original windows and they had lost their seal and had issues with moisture. So… I had Maverick come out and give me a quote (I only have 7 windows total) and we were impressed with their pricing, lifetime warranty, and with how good the windows perform with their energy ratings and efficiency.Our highlight feature is the picture window at the back which is approx 8 feet long by 5 feet tall. It’s a huge window and it’s the focal point of our living room. The window is immaculate and sometimes it looks like there’s nothing even there because it’s so clear and clean.We got the other six windows as double-hung windows with no grid squares installed. We love love love the look of our windows and we went with the sandstone color because it matches our paint and brick so seamlessly.We are excited to see what the energy cost savings will translate to but the windows look immaculate and the installation team was super professional and efficient at what they do. They knew exactly what they were doing and they went one window at a time and knocked everything out in about half the day!I highly recommend Maverick to anyone looking to replace their windows. We shopped other companies like Renewal by Anderson, Lowe’s, and Home Depot but… for the cost, the warranty, and the quality of the product, you can’t beat Maverick. 5 Star service and products! Had the windows and doors replaced for my house. Maverick windows sent a 3 man crew, and they got everything done in one day. They were kind and courteous, made sure my children were cautious while they worked. Took their time on double sealing the windows to make sure it was done properly. I never realized how much I would appreciate new windows—these provide significant noise reduction, my electricity bill is lower, and I love the double hung feature that allows me to open the windows from the top or bottom. I have gotten my windows and doors through Maverick, and I have loved everything they have done! My house is from the 70s so everything was needing to be updated. Every person that had come in from the representative to the installers have been kind, detailed and hardworking. I have seen everyone triple check their measurements, caulking and etc to ensure the windows and doors are up to par. In fact, they even came back out a few days later to check everything again! The thing I love about this company isn’t just their dedication and communication, but how transparent they are and how they exceed my expectations every time. The products, warranty and people are outstanding. They turned my home from standard to stand out! I really recommend you contact them because you will not regret it!Update 2/3/22 these windows held up great to the winter storm! I turned my thermostat down to 65 and the house maintained at 69. I can touch the windows and not feel the cold outside. My bedroom, which was always the draftiest, has been so comfortable I didn’t even know there was ice and snow. I didn’t have to use portable heaters, electric blankets or anything to stay warm this year. Even the window in the laundry room off of the garage has provided the same results for that room. They made a huge difference in everything, but keeping my home and family safe and warm has been the best thing ever. My AC/heater hasn’t had to work nearly as much as it did prior getting the new windows and exterior doors. My doors were also installed perfectly that not a single bit of cold was able to get through. Trust me, this is company you what your items from.

He listened to what we desired and worked within our budget and project size to get us what we wanted. He was even able to accurately estimate other companies’ bids. Working with Maverick Windows over the past few months to have my 60 year old metal windows replaced was effortless, from the initial consultation to the installation on 10/20/2021. The quality of the final product from the window builders and the extremely nice installation team led by Zach really made this whole process great. On installation day they installed 17 windows, one a massive picture window to replace essentially a large piece of glass, in just 6.5 hours. We learned during this process that we need to have our siding redone pretty badly on the back of the house. After learning Maverick also does vinyl siding, I'll be looking to get a quote from them in the near future.

Additional to my original happy experienced with Maverick Windows and the installation, they came today to fix 3 windows that weren't locking. Small adjust on one fixed it and the other two weren't locking because of how they were closing. Adam the technician showed me what to do different and they are perfect now!Cathy, Dan, Jim, and Adam, the entire crew are absolutely wonderful! Maverick Windows replaced 32 windows in my home last week...29 double hung and 3 sliders. Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman to the company owners to the installation team, were excellent to work with. They were extremely responsive to questions I had about the windows and the bid. They were all very polite and professional and were very good about communicating with me when there were delays in receiving the windows due to COVID. I couldn’t have asked for a better installation team. Led by Zack, the team arrived on time, they knew their product and how to solve the little problems that inevitably come up when installing new windows in an old house. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and worked hard to insure that I was a satisfied customer, including removing the exterior trim and mortaring the windows in where I had stone instead of wood siding. The windows actually look better than I had expected them too and the amount of noise reduction from the outside is remarkable.

My home had single pane windows that were there since the house was originally built, so you can imagine how much heat and a/c i had escaping my home. I had been needing to update them but the quotes given to me were quite pricey. Maverick windows gave us a fair quote and the quality of both the windows and the installation far exceeded my expectations. They were even able to match the window color to that of my siding making the house look incredible and more seamless. The customer service was excellent, Dan followed up with me through every step and ensured that I was satisfied with the end result. From start to finish the they were friendly and professional. Walk me through process. Maverick techs came in and changed out my window, explained everything. I actually have recommended them to some of my friends that are looking to have their windows changed out.

This company is amazing! Everybody I dealt with from the sales person to the installation crew to the owners themselves are great. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable. From start to finish this has been a wonderful experience. And I hope I never have a broken window but I know they will take care of me if I do. My windows and doors are beautiful. It makes a big difference holding the heat inside and keeping street noise out. I am very happy with my choice and have been sharing this experience with everybody I know!

We had been talking about replacing our 40 year old house's windows for a while, when the Maverick salesman happened to come to our door. They had a lot of options to choose from and made the process very simple and straightforward. We were leery about going through one of the big companies out there that uses third-party contractors after dealing with issues in the past, but Maverick uses their own crew and they knocked the job out in two days, making sure we were 100% satisfied before closing out the project. The crew was professional and polite, completing their work efficiently and with care. We love our new windows and have received compliments from friends that it looks like a whole new house! Maverick definitely knows what they are doing and their customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend you check them out if you are in the market for new windows.

From the initial consultation, to signing the contract, install and quality check all the employees were polite and very professional. We had several windows that had fogged over time. I had contacted several window companies who said they would come out and give me an estimate, but they did not show. Maverick Windows was different. They responded quickly with a price and kept me informed when the factory got behind because of the virus. The installers were courteous, professional, and did a great job. We are very happy with our new windows. It would be great if every company I deal with performed as well as Maverick Windows.

I loved my windows, right now my windows looks much bette than before. It's energy efficient and more stronger windows than before, plus which is my priority and my concern, no water leak any more inside my house. Their prices are competitive and reasonable.I loved their work during the installation, it was clean. It took time between the quote and the installation because the pandemic. Otherwise, it's worth to wait.

Maverick Windows did an excellent job installing our new windows. The new windows have made such a big difference in modernizing our home. The color and quality of the windows are fantastic, and really make the home beautiful. The new windows really help keep the noise down from the DFW aircraft overhead as well. The prices from Maverick Windows were very competitive, the install team was fast and clean, and the overall friendliness of the entire company is unmatched. We worked with Dan at Maverick on 2 houses at the same time in Dallas.House 1-Is in a conservation district and was promised 4 new 1st floor windows would match the 4 existing upstairs windows exactly. They don't. They forgot the trim design piece and when we requested to have job finished they said the type of windows they installed won't have the trim and be able to open/close. Job was done, too bad.House 2-We had 13 windows installed, but they forgot to install the kitchen window. They offered to install a home depot window while we waited another 8 weeks for the new one to be ready. He wanted to charge us again for installing the new one or leave a hole for 8 weeks. We ended up getting him to agree to put the new one in when it was ready.We wanted one final window put in and said the price per window charge was 75% higher than we paid for the first 13 to do one more!!We agreed final payment would be made when job was complete, however, they ran our card without our permission and we are still waiting 8 weeks for our window.The sub contracting company they used to install was good, but the communication with company was poor and when things went wrong they argued with us and got worse. It wasn't the worst experience ever, but they didn't come through with what was expected.

First the obvious, windows look a world different, better from the old ones. It just feels like you took 30 years off the house.Second, the quality, the windows are so well made it makes it so easy to clean and maintain clean.Third my favorite, the first class people working in all areas. From the knowledgeable sale, the friendliness of Dan on final details, and the expertise of Jim going above and beyond during installation.Just couldn’t be happier.

I can't even begin to express how great of a job Maverick did. The installers showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous. I was shocked that they got all 14 of my windows installed in one day. I can't belive how much cooler my house stays after my aluminum windows from the 80's were replaced. If your thinking about getting new windows give Maverick a call and you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Maverick for making this a enjoyable process from start to finish.

They delivered what they promised, and we are highly satisfied with the entire process. Our replacement windows and doors look great! We had Maverick Windows replace all of our single story aluminum windows from the 70's. To say that it is an improvement is an understatement. The noise and heat reduction alone have been worth the price. They also look great and have increased our curb appeal. Everyone we interacted with was professional and extremely responsive. You don't have to worry about someone not picking up with phone with Maverick.

You have to use these guys! We have had our windows now a couple of months, and we couldn't be happier. Our home was instantly cooler! The whole process was seamless. From the consultation, the estimate process, and all the way through the financing options, to the very end with the installation. To top it all off, the owner was very accommodating when we found ourselves with a snag in the financial approval process. The owner and company were transparent the whole way through, and honestly, that's not something you get from too many businesses these days. Honesty, transparency, and willing to help you get the windows you need. It was nice to find out their main office was local as well. Truly professional and timely, and did the job right. I would 100% recommend Maverick Windows to anyone needing windows.

They were very professional. It was an excellent experience. Their installation team came over and all our windows were installed in a day. I would highly recommend Maverick Windows if you need new windows. The best part is the heat and noise reduction from our previous 50 year old windows.

Impressive! Maverick Windows installed 23 windows in 2 days during a heat wave and pandemic! God bless these guys! We are thrilled with the outcome and happy with the work. What an amazing transformation! We tried calling various companies, I am so grateful Sarah picked up the phone! Dan and Chad were first-class from the start, wonderful presentation, respectful in regard to pandemic procedures, and extremely helpful with financing. When the windows were ready, Jim was courteous and accommodating during scheduling. This was not an easy 2-story job under any circumstance but the efficient crew handled it with polite ma’am and sirs throughout and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you to Tony and everyone on the crew for bringing back the sunlight! AWESOME job Maverick Windows! Bravo! Highly recommend!

Incredible all the way around. The service and sales team were exceptional. The product was exactly what i was needing. They got it all set up and the windows i had before were single pane from 1978. these new ones are GORGEOUS and they make my house sooooo much more comfy. The whole team was great. then the guys that came in and installed them again were exceptional. could not have asked for a better service and sales experience. Truly the best! If you want great product and great service then this is your place.

The installation crew was very thorough and professional...what a difference our new windows made to our home! The replacement of windows with grids to windows without grids was a great choice, and the clay frames are beautiful. My favorites are the 2 picture windows in front.

Maverick replaced 9 windows in my home yesterday and I could not be happier. Normally I do not respond to solicitations at my door, but the young lady from Maverick was just so polite, knowledgeable and professional that we made an appointment for an estimate. Salesman Craig sold us on their windows and their company by just being honest, down to earth and knowledgeable without the "sales pitch". We received a phone call the next day from the owner Chad thanking us for choosing Maverick. Lori came a few days later to measure and it only took 3 weeks before I was getting a call to schedule installation. The crew of Zach and his partner (sorry, I didn't get his name) were very polite, professional and efficient. To say they were neat would be an understatement. When they left there was no indication inside or outside my home that they were ever there except for the beautiful windows they installed. I received a follow up visit from Rick a few hours later making sure we were satisfied and did we need anything. This is a top notch professional company and HIGHLY recommend them based on their quality, price and GREAT customer service.

Dan and his team were fantastic and super professional. Our home is quite old and still had its original windows - single pane and super inefficient. We also wanted to replace our awful door that felt like it was going to cave inwards one of these days. We quoted with a handful of other window companies here in the DFW metroplex, and we went with Dan because:1. Their windows are well-made.2. He is honest and doesn't throw that nonsense sales pitch at you.3. Is respectful of your time.4. Backs their product with a great warranty.5. Pricing was the best.The other companies were so pushy and not respectful of our decision to review other vendors before making our decision. Dan ended up giving us an offer that we just couldn't refuse for both the windows and door. We had the windows and door installed last October, and I can tell you that our house feels so much better insulated now. What a difference it made! When installation day rolled around, the gentleman were speedy and have the job done in less than one day. Wow. Check out the before and after.

The entire experience was 5 stars. The door to door sales man was friendly. The sales man who was scheduled to visit our home did a great job explaining our options and they really have a lot to select from. The installers did fantastic work and my friends are SHOCKED at what a low price we paid. We replaced all of our windows that were original to the home from 1970. They had silver metal rusty hinges and the glass was in poor shape, always fogging up. We got these windows over a year ago and our energy bill has for sure been lowered as they just look beautiful! Worth contacting them if you want to know your options and pricing. They are not high pressure so you can take your time to decide what's best. We will be calling them back for a sliding glass door installation soon!

The salesperson was never being too pushy to sell his product, even allowed us some privacy time to evaluate what needed attention and of course, being sure about our budget since it is also an investment. The crew arrived expecting to work for two days, and a very nice surprise, they were very kind, respectful, and well mannered - a special kudos to "Red". And when they finshed, they did so by cleaning and picking everything up, not a bit of trash left on sight. But overall, the windows are really nice, so nice that it was also very quiet after what would have been a little noisy with a fire station just blocks away and thundering weather outside. And as for the heating and AC temps in the house, even though it was still the same evening, we could really feel the difference with heat of day against our south and west windows - huge difference! The BBB has them as an "A plus" rating, and it is very well deserved!

They did an amazing job and got the job done quickly! There are several options to choose from including window colors and patterns. They’re double hung which makes cleaning the outside of them really easy! We’re really pleased with the quality and service. I highly recommend them!!

We installed a 3 panel 6' x 10' (two windows) and a sliding patio door from our open floor plan to the pool area and it is amazing! I ran into Maverick Windows at the Collin County Home & Garden Show. Boy were these guys awesome! The reps were extremely knowledgeable and their prices seem fair! I checked out their website and was extremely impressed with all the information on there. Eventually I decided to purchase their energy efficient Mezzo series window. I am extremely pleased so far, and can't wait for the installation! So far, so good. 5/5 stars

Great people to work with - no hassle. Our windows look great and have made a huge difference in keeping the house insulated and keeping dust/dirt out. The windows really are easy to open and easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone with older windows in their home.
