Chad Connoy has over 15 years in the home improvement industry. A born salesman, and natural leader Chad excelled in the window industry immediately after graduating from Fort Lewis college in Durango, Colorado. From Canvassing, Management, Sales and beyond Chad quickly honed his Swiss Army Knife of skills and became a champion of his industry. With an affinity for self-growth, and strong desire for continued success in 2018 Chad founded Maverick Windows with lifetime friend Dan Michael.

Dan Michael

Chief Operating Officer / Founder

Dan Michael grew up right here in Mansfield, Texas. After graduating from Baylor University in Waco, Dan worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Martin Sprocket & Gear. Dan then transitioned into Supply Chain Management for Sherwin Williams & also held a consulting position at Goldratt Consulting. From project development, to managing cost — Dan’s multitude of experience coupled with his unique skillset provide him with all the intangibles needed to be the exceptional business owner he is today.

Joe Tankard

Chief Marketing Officer

Joe Tankard started at Maverick Windows in 2019 as the companies first full-time employee. As an entrepreneur he earned his chops at various start-ups in the consumer goods and e-commerce industry. In his early career he played a pivotal role in scaling several ventures to multi-million-dollar revenues. After finding his niche in Web Development, and Search Engine Optimization Joe found his home at Maverick Windows. Today he serves as the Chief Marketing Officer, where he facilities the day-to-do advertising and marketing suite.
