A letter to our valued customers….

We are fully aware of the logistical complexities COVID19 is placing on local businesses. Rest assured we are working diligently with our suppliers and service providers to continue to provide the highest measure of quality assurance for those of you who are in the middle of a window replacement project.

While our home office has been forced to temporarily shut its doors, our manufacturing partners have been deemed an essential business and will continue to operate at this time. That coupled with Maverick’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer service means we will be doing our best to continue to carry out installations as scheduled.

We are conducting daily health screens as wells as operating a remote office to eliminate any risk of spreading illness. We only ask that you afford us the same courtesy. If you are feeling under the weather and have an installation scheduled, please let us know! We are in this together.

If you are in the middle of a window replacement project, we wanted to let you know the following:

-All 5 of our Manufacturing Partners Factories are performing at full capacity
-Upon delivery of your order, a team member will reach out to schedule installation accordingly
-Should your order face any timing procurement changes a team member will contact you at once

Maverick Windows is dealing with the rapidly changing landscape of COVID19. We have been well equipped to deal with the challenges this ordeal has presented thus far.
