This is a door to door position. But before you click away, this is not door to door sales. This is a viable marketing position in which you will be an important part of our business model. We treat important members of our team accordingly. Meaning this position has promising room for growth, substantial earning potential, and guaranteed in house promotion if you stick with the team. We’re not a major corporation that will put a number on you and throw you to the wolves. Your role as a Marketing Specialist is to act as an in-person information liaison from Maverick, to potential customers at their homes. No high-pressure sales, no bait and switch. Our sales and mapping team work diligently to carefully determine where our Marketing team spends their time. This allows you to earn your keep, while setting appointments in a productive and successful environment. You must be high energy, and you must love interacting with people!

- Manage a team of 4-6 canvassers
- Recruit, hire and train a team that gets results
- Coach, develop, demonstrate and motivate each canvasser
- Oversee all aspects of the canvassing lead generator
- Lead by example exemplifying professional conduct and behavior
- Mapping, permits, payroll and other tasks as assigned
